C55 India OTT is a digital subscription reselling platform. We provide access to OTT streaming subscriptions on behalf of third-party providers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any OTT platform unless explicitly stated.
3. 👤 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from C55 India OTT. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
4. 📋 Account & Order Responsibility
You are solely responsible for providing accurate contact details (email, WhatsApp number) at the time of purchase.
- C55 India OTT is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Once credentials are delivered to the provided contact details, our delivery obligation is fulfilled.
- You are responsible for keeping your subscription credentials safe and confidential.
5. 📦 Digital Product Delivery
All products sold are digital in nature. Subscription credentials will be delivered within 24–72 hours of successful payment via Email and/or WhatsApp.
6. 💳 Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of all applicable charges.
- C55 India OTT reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed in full before subscription delivery.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, and other available payment methods as listed on the website.
7. 🚫 No Refund Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Digital subscription products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.
8. ⚠️ Fair Usage
Subscriptions sold by C55 India OTT are for personal use only.
- You may not resell, share, redistribute, or commercially exploit any subscription purchased from us.
- Any misuse may result in immediate account termination without notice or compensation.
- We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions suspected of violating fair usage without any refund.
9. 🔧 Service Availability
C55 India OTT does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Subscription availability depends on third-party providers, and occasional downtime or technical issues may occur.
10. ⚖️ Limitation of Liability
C55 India OTT shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the subscription in question.
11. 🔒 Intellectual Property
All content on the C55 India OTT website — including logos, text, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of C55 India OTT. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

We collect and store basic customer information (name, email, WhatsApp number) solely for the purpose of delivering your subscription and providing customer support.
