C55 India OTT has no official partnership, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization from any of the OTT platforms or media companies whose subscriptions may be resold through our platform. All brand names, trademarks, logos, and service names belong to their respective owners.

📋 DMCA & Copyright Infringement Notice

C55 India OTT respects all intellectual property rights and takes copyright concerns seriously. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative and believe that any content on our website infringes upon your copyright, please notify us immediately.

As per the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Indian copyright law, we will respond to all valid notices and take appropriate action within the stipulated timeframe.

📝 How to File a Copyright Notice

To file a valid DMCA or copyright infringement complaint, please send a written notice to our designated email containing the following information:

• Review and investigate the claim thoroughly and in good faith.
• Take appropriate action — including removal of the concerned content or listing — within 7 business days of acknowledgment.
• Notify the concerned party of action taken, if required by law.

🛡️ Safe Harbor & Intermediary Protection

C55 India OTT claims protection under the Safe Harbor provisions available to intermediaries under:

• Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) — which protects intermediaries from liability for third-party content when they act in good faith and comply with takedown requests.
• IT (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 — under which we comply with due diligence obligations as a lawful intermediary.
• Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), USA — Safe Harbor provisions under Section 512, to the extent applicable.

🔄 Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content removed from our platform was removed in error or based on a false copyright claim, you may submit a Counter-Notice to us at our designated email. Your counter-notice must include:

• Your full name, address, and contact details
• Identification of the content that was removed and its original location
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of applicable courts
• Your physical or electronic signature

🔒 Repeat Infringer Policy

C55 India OTT maintains a strict policy against repeat copyright infringers. In appropriate circumstances, we reserve the right to:

• Terminate accounts or listings associated with repeat or deliberate infringers
• Block access to services for parties found to be repeatedly submitting false or infringing content
• Cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and rights holders in cases of deliberate infringement
