🔒 Refund Policy

Important Terms for All Digital Subscription Purchases

⚠️ No Refund on Digital Products

IMPORTANT: All purchases on C55 India OTT are for non-refundable digital subscription products. By completing payment, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Digital subscriptions are intangible goods and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.
  • Payment once processed is final and irrevocable.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances — including change of mind, cancellation requests, or any other reason.
  • This policy applies to all subscriptions regardless of duration or cost.

❌ When Refunds Are NOT Applicable

Refunds are strictly NOT available in the following situations:

  • Before Delivery: If you request a refund after payment but before your subscription is activated.
  • After Delivery: If you request a refund after subscription credentials have been provided and access has been activated.
  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer wish to use the subscription service.
  • Duplicate Payments: If you accidentally made duplicate payments — contact support immediately. We will resolve via alternate subscription, not refund.
  • Any Other Reason: No exceptions exist to this policy.
💡 Note: Once payment is complete, you accept the subscription as-is with no right to return or refund.

⏱️ Subscription Delivery Timeline

After successful payment, your subscription activation follows this process:

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 10 minute in some cases it takes upto 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation.
  • Peak Hours: May take up to 72 hours during high-demand periods.
  • Login credentials will be delivered to your registered Email and/or WhatsApp.
  • Refund requests made during the delivery window — before or after activation — will not be honored.
⚠️ Delivery delay does NOT qualify as grounds for a refund.

🔧 Technical Issues & Support

If you experience any technical difficulty (login errors, streaming issues, app problems, access failures), this is a support case — NOT a refund case.

  • Contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
  • Our team will diagnose and work to resolve the issue.
  • Resolution Timeline: 7 to 15 business days depending on issue type.
  • You agree to cooperate with our team and allow reasonable time for resolution.
  • Technical issues do not qualify for a refund claim at any stage.
We don't refund — we resolve. Please allow up to 15 days for technical issue resolution before escalating.

🔄 Subscription Replacement Guarantee

If your subscription is not activated even after 15 days of purchase, despite our support efforts, we will provide an alternative subscription of equal value at no extra cost.

  • This replacement is a goodwill gesture only and is the sole available remedy.
  • It does not constitute a cash refund.
  • You must have contacted support during the 15-day window for this to apply.
  • Replacement is provided at our discretion based on available inventory.
📌 Replacement subscription ≠ Cash Refund. No monetary refunds will be issued under any condition.

🔐 Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By purchasing from C55 India OTT, you agree not to initiate any chargeback, bank dispute, or payment reversal through your bank, credit/debit card provider, or UPI platform.

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and blacklisting.
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover damages for fraudulent disputes.
  • If you have a concern, contact our support team first — we will work to resolve it fairly.
⚠️ Initiating a chargeback after accepting this policy is a violation of our Terms & Conditions.

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood this Refund Policy in full.
  • You accept the non-refundable nature of digital subscriptions.
  • You agree that the only remedy for non-delivery beyond 15 days is a replacement subscription — not a cash refund.
  • You consent to the 7–15 day technical support resolution period.
  • You waive the right to dispute payment through banks or third-party platforms.
  • This policy is legally binding and constitutes the full agreement regarding refunds.

C55 India OTT reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
